Terms and Conditions
Products created and sold by The Dust In My Shop are made from wood, paint, metal, screws and glue. Our flags will be made as close to advertised as possible. Even though customers do hang our pieces, we do not send hardware to hang them.
All items are handcrafted to order, which usually takes about three weeks, with the exception of custom orders.
Our flags are rustic in nature. The wood is not intended to be perfect. Please expect light dents, knots, cracks, etc which add to the overall visual aesthetic. If you purchase a high gloss finish, it is created with a few different types of materials. There is a possibility that some will drip through wood that is not perfect or could dry with very few air bubbles. You will be notified and pictures will be sent to you before we ship the final product out. Customer service and satisfaction is top priority.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us to discuss replacement. If you wish to return your product there is a 20% restocking fee. Your credit/debit card will be refunded (minus the shipping costs and 20% restocking fee) upon the return and inspection of your item to our facility.
IF YOU PURCHASED A CUSTOM ORDER, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
All packages are insured for the full purchase amount. All items are carefully inspected prior to shipment. We will also send you (the customer) pictures of your finished product in case there is anything more you'd like done while it is being created. The Dust In My Shop is not responsible damage during shipping. If you find your product has been damaged during transit, keep all packaging materials, take pictures of the damage, and contact us by email.
